Ten-Minute-Treatment
Our 10 minute treatment does more than fill a crack, it soaks in and becomes a part of the concrete. At 4500 PSI, and wihtout shrinkage, it wicks into the the smallest of micro cracks to create a bond of the same as the concrete. I have seen in most circumstances, real life and visual testing in our classes, where the fixed cracks remain and new breaks develop in the concrete itself. It works well for prep for epoxies as it can be ground level without shadows. It repairs broken concrete before resurfacing with a stronger bond and can't be ground off and ready for use in 10 to 15 minutes. It works well in warehouses for fork lifts as there is no downtime and it does not break with vibrations. It adheres to metal, meaning that when coating rebar before a repair, the rust will not come back through. Works great on railings attached to concrete as it adheres to both the concrete and metal so water cannot get back in and split out the concrete time after time as in most mortar repairs. It is not UV stable and needs to be coated with an overlay unless it is indoors, ie. warehouse applications.
