70% Solids
Great for garages and utility rooms. 2 component, 2 gallon kit covers 300 sf per gallon @ 2 coats. Dries in 1-3 hours, long pot life and tack free time, making it easy to cut in edges and spread flake yet a fast recoat time. Recommended to seal with EpoxyDoc urethane. It too has a 1-2 hour dry time and lays down without lap marks. Total mills with urethane, 10 to 13.
100% Solids
For warehouse floors and garages. Comes in clear or colors. 3 and 15 gallon kits. Dries at 10 mils thick per coat.
Can be done in a 1 coat system with a primer version.
Water Based Epoxies
Great for garage or storage space. Advantages: no VOC or smell, enviromentally safe and durable. Recommended for gargaes with 3 passes. Applied at 267 sq.ft./gallon @ 6 mils. Will dry to about 3 mils.
Oil Stop
Apply over areas of oil, keeps the epoxy from separation during application and delamination or discoloring later on.
Crack Filler
Applied over cracks, epoxy can be applied over the top while still wet, unlike other products.
Urethane Coatings
User friendly. Dries in 1 to 2 hours. Lays flat without roller marks.
CA-FD Epoxy
Fast drying, 100% solids epoxy, clear and colored. A key technological advance for this epoxy has been the introduction of cyclo-aliphatic curing agents. The ring structure (cyclo) provides more structural stretch than the traditional straight chain curing agents. This provided for better wear and impact resistance.
Poly UA-73
This polyurea-polyaspartic hybrid coating (73%) has many of the high build properties and durability of epoxies but is much more flexible, scratch resistant and does not yellow when exposed to snlight. Its flexibility for elongation (stretching) over expanding -contracting concrete slabs helps prevent it from cracking compared to other sealers.
MVEP
This primer has the ability to reduce the hydrostatic pressure emitted by the floor from 12lbs. per 1000 sf to less than 1lb. Concrete only needs to be cured for 10 days. Because of its tackiness can use it for a full broadcast chip system and then seal, usually in the same day.
