J2 Roof Coating is a high solids, single component, multifunctional elastomeric coating potentiated with micro fibers and nano technology.

J2 Roof Coating is specifically designed as a roll-down or spray applied elastomeric waterproofing, reflective roof coating and maintenance system.

The product system: J2 Roof Coating when use with the specified fabric, provides a monolithic, structurally sound, elastomeric membrane that is very weather resistant and easy to apply.

The polymer structure is very adhesive, reflective and non-yellowing. J2 Roof Coating is designed for toughness with excellent color retention. This product is tough, abrasive resistant, non-brittle, flexible and is quick setting with impact resistance.
